How amazing, I've never heard of these. I use orthotics made for me. I have flat feel and about 15 years ago I had plantar fasciitis and heel spurs on both feet. I couldn't walk for about 5 weeks with it. One foot with it was okay, I could hobble, both feet was murder. Very ouchy.
